Sakai Lace Multi Protection Fabric

Our Sakai Lace Fabric is probably the most simple, beautiful and cheapest option to protect both people and environment and save energy. This product is available and affordable to anybody. Being manufactured in Japan and sold there with overwhelming success, this unique fabric is now sold in Europe, too. Anybody, who uses the Sakai Lace Fabric for his curtains, automatically saves a lot of money and makes a considerable contribution to the global climate protection!

The Sakai Lace Fabric has been developed in Japan, based upon a completely new technology with the aim to save energy in an easy way for the sake of the people and the environment. Additionally, this Lace Fabric combines substantial positive characteristics of curtains and awnings made of traditional materials.

The Sakai Lace Fabric is made of a modified polyester yarn, which has been created in Japan only for this application. Each thread consists of 288 fibers, being about 6 times thinner than those of common polyester yarn. Because of the integrated, special titanium oxide particles and the unique production technology used in the manufacturing process, the Sakai Lace Fabric possesses a number of characteristics and functionalities which no other material can offer.

Despite of the fact that this product has been put on the market only recently, a countless number of buildings in Japan and in some other countries enjoy the advantages of the Sakai Lace Fabric already, including Germany.

SAVING ENERGY

Sakai Lace Fabric reflects sun rays and reduces the solar heat effect in rooms by about 70 %.

When it's cold outside, the Sakai Lace curtains provide an isolation effect keeping about 38 % to the warmth inside the room.

The energy saving effect is considerable with no need to pay any additional cost.

HEALTH PROTECTION

Thanks to the special structure of the Sakai Lace Fabric and the integrated titanium oxide particles, curtains made of this material cut off about 90 % of the harmful UV rays.

This is a permanent sun protection which needs no electricity nor any other additional investment.

FEELING OF COMFORT

With its unique structure, the soft touch and the ever lasting look of elegance, the Sakai Lace Fabric turns any room into a place with a special

atmoshere.

Curtains made of this material protect your privacy by preventing to be seen from outside and providing a light shading effect of about 65 %,

which gives a feeling of comfort and security. The daylight from outside can pass these curtains nevertheless.

FIRE PROTECTION

The Sakai Lace Fabric has been certified as flameproof.

The Sakai Lace Fabric is GRS certified and can be recycled in the same way as any material made of 100 % polyester.
